20,000 Sq. of Counterweight Manufacturing Area with a capacity to produce 50000 Kgs of Counterweights per day has dedicated manufacturing lines for production of a wide range of counterweights. The weight of a single piece of counterweight we manufacture varies from 5Kgs to 18,000Kgs.

Laser Cutting & CNC Bending
Our Wide Range of customized assemblies calls for flexible child part manufacturing set-up which is met by our set of Laser Machines with bed capacity to accommodate 2500mm x 6500mm sheet in thickness varying from 1mm to 63mm. In material such as Aluminum, Stainless steel, Copper and Mild Steel.
Our 250 Ton CNC Bending Press equipped with range of Tools can handle complex bending operations required for our Fabricated Assemblies.

Our 10,000 Sq. Ft. Press Shop Houses Mechanical Presses from 5 Tons to 250 Tons and Hydraulic Presses from 50 Tons to 700 Tons. We manufacture a range of products starting from a small lid for a Home Appliance to a 25 Inch Wheel for a Mining Equipment.

We Manufacture Heavy Customized Fabricated Products for Agricultural Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, Ground Engagement Equipment and Port Handling Equipment. Our Fabrication shop is equipped with range of Mig Welding machines from 250 AMP to 600 AMP and multiple overhead cranes from 2.5 Tons to 25 Tons.

We have a range of CNC Turning, 3 Axis and 5 Axis VMC Machines with X & Y Axis of 1200 MM, 600 MM and Z Axis of 600 MM to manufacture complex parts for Aerospace Industry, Test Chambers for Semi-conductor Industries besides axles and blocks for Material Handling & mining equipment.

Our Assembly set-up has dedicated lines to assemble Tensioner Assemblies and Ladder Assemblies for Elevator Industry. We also have lines to Assemble Hubs and Wheels for our Customers from Material Handling Equipment.

The current day VUCA (Volatility-Uncertainty-Complexity-Ambiguity) calls for a resilient supply chain that can support both Just-in-Time and Just-in-Case supply models. Some of our global customers have OneWorld as their single source supplier for many key parts and hence to meet their requirements at zero lead-time, we maintain sufficient safety stock at our warehouse. We also support super market model of supply chain that some of our customers follow, where we feed their production lines every 2 hours.
